Privileged Tactics I - Background

In October 2006 we travelled to the Ukraine to work on a project about street children. The phenomena of street children did not exist before the dissolution of the Soviet Union, but now there are around 700,000 children in the Ukraine who find a better life surviving on the streets alone, than at home.
